A truck driver who came out of a quarry claimed that shots were fired at him with the intention of killing him. Among other things, he recounted how bullets "whistled" in front of his face as they passed from one side of the cab to the other.
Analysis of the firing lines inside the truck compartment, by entry holes in the doors and continuation holes inside the cabin, showed that the driver was simply lying in his testimony and all the bullets went through the right side of the cabin, the passenger side, which was empty of people!
Thanks to these findings, which were presented with the help of the attached drawing, the charge of attempted murder was dropped and converted into a lesser section.
