Deletion of charges of using a "weapon"

Another professional success!
In the case in which a man was accused of shooting, based on a video clip and an "expert opinion" given following the video, a contrary opinion of mine was given and as a result all the charges regarding the use of weapons were dismissed!
As of today, in many cases where the opinion of a photography expert and not a weapons expert is given, it is possible to attack the opinion and cancel the indictment!
