In this case, a person was accused of, among other things, attempted murder, the police and the prosecutor's office ignored the fact that although twenty-four bullets (24) were fired at the scene, only one bullet hit the driver's front window and that was enough for them to accuse them of the aforementioned attempted murder.
A shooting test, carried out at the window of a purchased car, showed that the characteristics of the impact on the window are very similar to those of a splash (ricochet) and not to the characteristics of a direct impact, which would indicate an attempt to hit the driver.
In the attached picture you can see the similarity between the form of impact on the car window from the incident and the impact that simulates splash from the firing test.
